BOBNEL Child Support Foundation (BOBNEL CSF) is a non-governmental, humanitarian organization dedicated to improving the lives of challenged and less privileged children across Nigeria. Since its establishment, the foundation has remained committed to addressing the fundamental rights, needs, and development of children living in difficult conditions, particularly those with physical and intellectual challenges.
BOBNEL CSF was officially founded on November 16, 1999, through the heartfelt vision of Mrs. Enobong Muyiwa Hajoh, who was inspired to make a lasting impact on the lives of vulnerable children. The foundation’s origin is rooted in a simple but deeply meaningful act of kindness by Angela Enobong Udoenoh, who chose to commemorate her birthday by reaching out to the children at the Modupe Cole Memorial Child Care and Treatment Home in Lagos State. This moment marked the beginning of a long-standing mission to bring hope, care, and transformation to those who often go unnoticed and under-served in society.
Over the past 26 years, BOBNEL CSF has evolved from a small outreach initiative into a fully recognized humanitarian organization. Its growth has been fueled by the unwavering dedication of its founder, the passion of its members, and the generous support of both local and international partners who share in the foundation’s mission. The primary objective of BOBNEL CSF is to promote the welfare, protection, and rights of challenged and less privileged children. The foundation works to ensure that these children are not left behind due to their physical, mental, or socio-economic conditions. It emphasizes equal access to quality education and vocational training, providing children with the tools they need to become self-reliant, confident, and productive members of society.
